Refund Policy
At Trauma Compass, I am committed to providing valuable and supportive sessions to help you on your healing journey. I understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your scheduled sessions. Please review the refund policy below:
Cancellations & Refunds
Session Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Missed Sessions (No-Show): No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice. However, I understand that emergencies happen—please reach out if you need support.
Package Refunds: If you’ve purchased a package of sessions and decide not to continue, refunds may be considered for unused sessions within 7 days of purchase, minus any sessions already used at the full session rate.
Digital Products & Workbooks: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that personal and emotional challenges can arise. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out, and I will do my best to find a fair resolution.
